Role Overview
We are looking for a degree-qualified Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to apply their academic background to real-world electrical engineering challenges while continuing to develop their knowledge and skills through hands-on experience and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:
- Utilise engineering software tools to model and simulate electrical systems.
- Produce detailed and accurate reports to support technical studies and decision-making.
- Work efficiently with office software to manage documentation and communications.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Engage effectively with team members and clients to support project requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative work environment through clear and professional communication.

Professional Development:
- Take ownership of personal growth by engaging in on-the-job learning, training programmes (both in-house and external), and consulting with senior team members.
- Apply new knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality outcomes in the following types of studies:
- Fault Level Analysis
- Protection Coordination Studies
- Cable Sizing and Calculations
Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Skills and Attributes:
- Familiarity with engineering software for modelling and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in office software for report writing and communication.
- A keen interest in continuous professional development and knowledge expansion.
